Please note: in some cases we may bend the stems to package them appropriately. If the stems arrive bent you can simply straighten them back out again by hand as they are on a wire.

General lead time:
The lead time for our range of accessories is 2-7 working days.
*Items such as jars, trays, candle holders, books etc will be dispatched immediately, however made to order items like floral arrangements will take longer*
Lighting & artwork lead time:
1-2 weeks
Furniture, mirrors and cushions lead time:
Currently around 4-6 weeks, this can vary depending on the item.
